Tax Payments with 941 and 940 Returns
With current versions of 941Express, Lewis Software can handle tax payments with the return. Any payment made with a return will be charged an addtional $2.00 for use of this feature.

Additional Payment Options

Lewis Software will provide direct debit options, as well as prepayment of returns via invoice.

In order to be invoiced for a year of 941 returns ( 940's ) , please send an email to bustax@lswonline.com with your company name, address and the contact information of the person who would handle this invoice.

As for Direct Debit, please download the Debit Authorization Form , complete it and fax it to our office with a copy of a voided check. We will then begin to draft your account for all electronic filing fees.
