How to Use 941Express for IRS Online Filing as a Business Taxpayer

After installing 941Express on your Windows machine, the first thing that you must do is transmit your registration information. This IRS needs this information in order to issue you a PIN number. This number will serve as an electronic signature which will confirm your identity while filing your return. Please note that if you have received an IRS PIN number while using another service, that number will work with us. This task can be accomplished within the software in less than 5 minutes.  After transmitting this Registration over the internet to Lewis Software, we will then send it to the IRS for their processing.  They will then send a letter with your Personal Identification Number on it which will allow you to file your 940, 941 and 944 returns electronically.   This process normally takes at least 7-10 days to complete.  Registration requests made with 941Express will be processed without cost.

After receiving your PIN number, enter the number into the Company Database in 941Express and it will automatically use it in your transmission.  Now you are ready to file your Payroll returns using 941Express.  Just create your returns, enter in all pertinent tax data into the 940/941/944 windows.  After completion and verification, the software will create an encrypted version of your information and transfer it securely to our web site.
We will then take your return, and send it to the IRS for processing. Once an acknowledgment is available from the IRS, we will inform you of the status of your tax return via e-mail.  You may pay the transmission fee by using a major credit card, PayPal account or use our Invoice or Direct Debit option.

Yes, it is that simple, plus you always have total control of your financial information. We use the internet as a transfer medium, not a storage medium.  Download your 941Express software today and begin utilizing advances in tax filing by electronically filing your business returns.
